Ordered on the 3rd, given a 2 day delivery window tracked first class. Perhaps amazon has spoiler us in our expectations but I expected that 2 day deliver window to be honored. My items were still yet to be dispatched by the 8th when I requested a refund. Not surprisingly, it took 3 days for any sort of cancellation email to actually arrive in my inbox. I kept in contact via the online support but the vast majority of the time I found myself talking to myself. On the rare occasion that someone was on the other end of the line I found them pleasant and friendly to deal with, but clearly understaffed and failing to adequately plan for promotions. 1 Star.

I have only been collecting wool over jumpers/cardigans for the past year but have already amassed a major collection for myself/husband/family. The quality of products is amazing, they wash well on a wool wash with 400 spin using a wool detergent. Web site is easy to use and customer service is fantastic. Sizing is a bit tricky as it varies with each product type but once you workout style sizing is easier. Husband is 6 foot but needs a small in most styles (is a uk medium) I'm a uk 12-14 but need an extra small in most styles and a small in some others. I would very highly recommend wool overs across the board for style/price/quality/ease of use and customer service.

Every time we have purchased from Wool Overs the quality of the products and the customer service have been excellent.....however, they did run out of stock on a present I was going to buy for Christmas!

I ordered an item on 1st December and it still has not arrived on 18th. I am now concerned that it will not arrive in time for Christmas. Surely standard post to Ireland does not take this long.

This was my second order to Woolovers and i'm very satisfied for the quick delivery. Already a few days after order, the box arrived home. This time i ordered two jumper dresses and even for men it's a pleasure to wear them: very confortable, warm and well fitted dresses. I don't regret purchasing this dresses, they already became my favorite clothings.

I've bought a lot from this company as it is reasonable quality and good value. However, after noticing a critical review remained unpublished, I finally got an admission that only very good reviews are publicised by the company. This is an unfair and untransparent process which should be changed.

I have bought a variety of items now all of them exceptional quality and the ease of use of the website, customer service and speed of delivery all amount to a truly exceptional company that I would choose to use every time.
