Edit: How is this not relevant? I see your company logo and name being advertised over different social media platforms through that esports organisation that you sponsor. I was interested in potentially purchasing products until the scam was revealed. As your company continues to sponsor that organisation then it's clear that you are openly endorsing child exploitation and that's not something I support and people should know.

You have also ignored and refused to respond to any contact regarding this query since Nov 2018 prior to me writing this on trustpilot. Therefore my experience with your service team is as it stands - 1 star: Bad and I am within the trustpilot user guidelines of:

I bought an RCA RB32H1-EU TV from them in October. They have great Customer Service and CSRs in Denmark but the product, which is from China was shipped from Holland. The delivery was fast but the TV-stand was missing. After exchanging several emails they sent me the stand but this time the screws were missing. They sent me the screws and then I found out I cannot connect any HMDI cable to the TV. The TV has three HMDI connection possibilities and I used two different brand new HDMI cables in all of them and it is still not working. When I complained about it, they said I can pack the TV perfectly and exactly the same way they sent it to me and return it and that I have to be careful about the packing because the product doesn't have insurance and will not cover transportation damages when I sent it back. I didn't know how this should be my problem? The funny thing is that they told me they will have a look at it and they will repair the TV if possible and if not they will send me a new one. I don't think it is fair that you buy a new product and you return it because it is not working you receive a repaired product in return? Besides all this, the user manual was an old one and was missing some pages and I received way too many emails from both WUPTI and the company in Holland so I gave up
To WUPTI: Please do not try to legitimize your bad business.

Both arrived very quickly.
Really cant ask for more.
