May I take this opportunity to say how delighted I am with the customer service I've received from XVX Vape. I made a query about an item on New Year's day. Alex replied to my query on the very next business day and he was not only helpful but he also went the extra mile to ensure that I received the correct product. I went on to order said product and Alex ensured that it would be dispatched and sent out immediately. I received my order today and I was delighted to find that I had also been given an extra 2 free products! Well done Alex! It was a joy to do business with you!

I have been using the xvx magnet pod since it's launch. While I like the easy use I have been a little disappointed in the quality of the product. I bought a twin pack and within weeks one of the magnets fell out. An email to customer service and a few pictures later I was sent a replacement. Over the last couple of months the magnets have fallen out. I mentioned this to my husband and unknown to me he ordered me some new ones, he had a discount code, on the same day I also got a discount code email so decided to order some new ones for myself. Both orders arrived yesterday, I was shocked to see my husband had paid £8:90 for postage where I had been charged £5:95 I also got 3 pre filled pods he got 2. There doesn't seem to be any continuity in postage charges. So while I do recommend xvx products I would suggest you keep an eye on their delivery charges.

Love this product I bought 2 refillable vape so can use 1 while the other recharges
Plus it's cheaper than using the throw away pods thankyou

XVX Magnet Vape pod is one of the best vapes I have ever used. You have 2 options with this vape, it can be used for mouth to lung vaping or Direct to lung vaping. I prefer the mouth to lung. I would definitely recommend this vape to all vapers.

I was smoking and finishing a disposable vape every day which was a cost of £5-£6 per day, until I came across XVX's magnet pod pen. I wanted something that I could smoke discreetly without blowing huge clouds everywhere as well as fit it into my pocket nicely. It is the perfect size, around the same size as an Elf Bar, and the pods last a reasonable amount of time.

Even greater than the quality of the vape is the customer support. They are prompt with their responses and extremely helpful. The team go out of their way to ensure you are receiving the best support possible and this in itself is worth its own review.
