I ordered contacts before a few years ago, they were great. Until I'm assuming they shut down. I ordered contacts in September 2020, they never came, no email, nothing. Took my $ and no response.
What happened to the origina youknowit
They used to be good.

Bigtime scam. Their email suddenly bounces back as undeliverable when it didnt 3 days ago. I ordered contacts 2 months ago, never got a shipping notice and have never received a response to my emails or request for a refund. Absolutely abhorrent company.

Scaaaaaaaam don’t buy I didn’t receive my order from 5 years and nobody answer me.

DO NOT TRUST, sent some unused contacts back for a refund last year, which they agreed to pay. Once i sent the contacts back they never paid the refund and ignored all emails i sent thereafter, don't get ripped off like i did. They still owe me over £50. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL RIP YOU OFF, AVOID.

I ordered 3 pair of contacts. The solution in 1 pair was nearly empty, but the contact was ok. This tells me their stock is probably old. The 2nd pair was fine, but the third is where the issue comes in. I ordered a red contact with a black border; their website said it was in stock. It WAS NOT in stock & they sent me a different contact WITHOUT checking to see if I wanted that replacement or if I wanted to cancel. I did not want what I received (the replacement). I contacted them for a return & refund. They said to keep the contacts & they would refund the money to my card. 2 weeks went by & no refund. I called again. They said they would try to refund it again & if it didn't go through I needed to contact my credit card company. REALLY??? What company does this? I have never had to do that! And in addition, the credit card company cannot issue a refund for a company; the company has to initiate the transaction. Needless to say, It's been 2 months and I still do not have a refund and I have a pair of contacts that I will never wear.

I have ordered contact lenses twice from this company and both times one of the lenses has been ripped. I was told that it was my fault that I could not be refunded as I had opened the vial. The plastic vials are not a medium through which it is easy to check for tears in the lenses as any tears are very small and can often be overlooked until trying the lenses.

I eventually convinced them to replace the lens, for which I had to post it back. The lens apparently got lost in the post and therefore they refused to do anything about it.

The manager was very unhelpful and highly impolite.
