I purchased a funded account from them, but then I encountered a trading issue that resulted in my account being compromised and closed. However, when I contacted them, they helped me purchase a new funded account with a special discount, which made me very happy. I especially want to thank the customer service representative, Ais.

I have honestly have a pretty good time trading with this firm so far, i have been with them for about a month and i passed the challenge in about a week and got access to the funded account, i havent had any sorts of issues either withdrawals or anything like that, last week i withdrawed 200 dollars and its legit guys, also Ika and Arum, members of the support team are really helpful they were able to resolve some issues i had with my account in a matter of minutes so yeah i havent had any issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a funded account but quickly decided not to proceed. I have not logged into the website or accessed my account at all, and no trading activity has taken place.

Despite this, my refund request was denied, with the company only referring to their terms and conditions. There was no flexibility or consideration, even though the service was never used.

Be careful before purchasing, as they seem unwilling to issue refunds under any circumstances.

My experience with x funded was good until I made an unintentional mistake and entered a trade during the news, so unfortunately my account was deleted 😔

​Contradictory Rules and Unfair Payout Denial – A Trap for Traders
Avoid this company if you value transparency.
​I had a very disappointing experience with X-Funded. They denied my payout based on a "1% risk rule" regarding "correlated assets," a term that was never clearly defined in their main rules or during my direct communications with them.
​Here is why you should be careful:
​Contradictory Information: On Feb 11th, I contacted their support (Arum) asking for a clarification of the rule, and I was told in writing that it applies to the "Same Pair". Based on this official guidance, I traded EURUSD and GBPUSD. Now, they are changing the definition to "Correlated Assets" to avoid paying out.
​Hidden Rules: Their "General Rules" dashboard page (which I have screenshotted) mentions "Instruments" but fails to mention "Correlations." They only pointed to a hidden help-center link AFTER I requested my payout.
​Bad Faith Enforcement: They allowed me to trade for an entire month without any warning, only to "discover" a violation from weeks ago once I reached the profit target and asked for my money.
​This is a clear case of moving the goalposts to avoid financial obligations. I have all the screenshots of the emails and the conflicting dashboard rules. Save your time and effort for a more professional firm.

My funded account (1-Phase, $100,000) was breached for allegedly violating the 1% Risk Per Trade rule.

Their published formula:
Risk (Sell) = (SL Price – Entry Price) × Lot Size × Contract Size

Applying it to my 4 contested trades: $972.08 = 0.97% — under the $1,000 limit.

Their team calculated the risk using the actual realised loss ($1,035.64), which includes market slippage — a factor that does not appear anywhere in their formula or Terms and Conditions.

When I disputed this with full calculations, they confirmed the decision was final — without ever explaining the contradiction.

When I posted a review here, they publicly replied that risk must never exceed 1% based on "real execution data" — a phrase that does not exist in their published rules. They invented a new definition to justify the breach, then had my previous review removed.

This is my second review. The facts have not changed:
- Their formula says SL price
- They charged me based on realised loss
- They introduced "real execution data" publicly, after the fact
- They cannot show where this appears in their Terms

Account ID: 1006237. The emails exist. The calculations are verifiable.

Trade carefully.

My experience with X-Funded has been extremely concerning and frustrating.

Here is the full timeline of what happened:

I requested a $10,000 payout on January 23rd (account #70200707)
For several weeks, I only received generic replies like “please wait”
My account was then migrated by their team to a new account (#333377015) without any clear explanation
After a long delay, my payout was suddenly denied for alleged bot/HFT usage
No evidence has ever been provided to support these accusations
Each time I asked for proof or clarification → I stopped receiving answers
My accounts have been completely inaccessible for several weeks
Despite multiple follow-ups, formal notices, and escalations → support stopped responding

More recently:

They confirmed the case was “escalated again”
Then no response for over a week
Now they only send generic or automated replies

I want to be absolutely clear:

I trade manually only
No bot, no EA, no copy trading
Using fixed lot size is simply basic risk management

From my experience, this raises serious concerns:

Refusal to pay profitable traders
Lack of transparency
No proof provided for serious accusations
Endless delays
Accounts blocked without proper justification
Complete lack of support once the issue becomes serious

At this stage, I have started:

publicly documenting this case
escalating to relevant authorities
preparing further action

I strongly advise extreme caution before trusting this firm.
