I contacted them on online chat support 6 hours before the event and ordered tickets online after confirming availability. I was much relieved after receiving tickets within 2 hours. It was absolutely an amazing experience!

London NYE fireworks
Purchased tickets for the NYE fireworks in London last minute, website had strong reviews on trustpilot otherwise I would of not purchased the tickets. Advised they would turn up 1/2 hours before the event, tickets actually turned up at 20:50 still enough time to queue but had assumed we where not receiving tickets so made other plans. Decided to head down to try and get in the fireworks as last entry was at 22:30 however we where turned away as the ticket format wasn't on Ticketmaster, they refused to even try scanning the tickets so unsure if they where genuine or due to policy from the event.
In all fairness to ticket xchange they issued a full refund straight away as it appears there was lots of issues with these tickets.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied.
Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account.
However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links.
We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at sales@xchangetickets.com if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject.
Once again, sincere apologies. We deeply regret the trouble this has caused.
