Do NOT use

Absolute scam, do not use. Tried selling some tickets and was told to email telling them when I would receive them. I emailed to let them know it would be a week before the event. I received no confirmation they received my email. Got closer to the time of the event so I tried calling them, no answer at all, it just rang out. I did this multiple times over multiple days. I even tried emailing again but there was yet again no response. Definitely do not use this company to buy or sell tickets.

Hi Millie Crosby, your tickets were sold on 15th Feb 2025 for an event on 8th March 2025. We received your email on 19th Feb 2025 where you opted to sell tickets to your friend on higher price, then on 20th February you have changed your mind again. FYI we would contact you only when we may start receiving e-tickets from other sellers of the same event 3-5 days before the event as e-tickets need to be sent or transferred to the customer of your ticket sales only 24-72 hours before the event. Your ticket sale is cancelled upon your request now and would be fulfilled by another seller. Apologies for the delayed response. All the best. Many Thanks

I made the payment to buy India Vs…

I made the payment to buy India Vs Bangladesh tickets for 23rd Feb 25. The payment was done and the tickets were also issued but after 15 mins I received the text the tickets are invalid and please do not use the tickets to avoid any inconvenience and was assured to receive the valid tickets soon which was not happened and I lost my money with this booking.

Thanks for my Bucket list experience

I was a bit susceptible to book the tickets at first and did my due diligence. That time I came to know that Xchange tickets is here from quite some time. I booked my tickets and got them before 4 hours of the event which was already communicated to me. In short it was a great experience to book the ticket. And I can't thank enough because the event was a lifetime experience for me.
