DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM XOLIA.
When I first ordered, I thought that the products are delivered from Germany. What a surprise that once I reached the payment order, I see that the products are coming from Asia. Fast delivery.. a joke. Then my surprise when after waiting 30 days, I received 2 stuffed animals (fish) when I ordered 2 dancing fishes for my cat and another for a friend. The cable and battery to make the fish dance were missing. The only way to contact the customer service is via their website. I wrote and after 1 week no answer. I won't pay to return it (as it will cost me too much to do that - knowing that I live in Switzerland). I am still waiting for an answer from the customer service... my advice

Als ich das erste Mal bestellt habe, dachte ich, dass die Produkte aus Deutschland geliefert werden. Was für eine Überraschung, dass, sobald ich den Zahlungsauftrag erreicht habe, ich sehe, dass die Produkte aus Asien kommen. Schnelle Lieferung... ein Witz. Dann meine Überraschung, als ich nach 30 Tagen Wartezeit 2 ausgestopfte Tiere (Fische) erhielt, als ich 2 tanzende Fische für meine Katze und einen weiteren für einen Freund bestellt hatte. Das Kabel und die Batterie, um die Fische tanzen zu lassen, fehlten. Der einzige Weg, um den Kundendienst zu kontaktieren ist über ihre Website. Ich schrieb und nach 1 Woche keine Antwort. Ich werde nicht für die Rücksendung bezahlen (da es mich zu viel kosten würde - da ich in der Schweiz lebe). Ich warte immer noch auf eine Antwort des Kundendienstes... mein Rat
