I transfered TONCOIN (BEP-20) to my Yobit TONCOIN wallet over 22 hours ago. It has not appeared. I've sent two support tickets with txID. No response. I would avoid this exchange like the plague. Appears to be a scam or they are incompetent.

I have more information. Yobit is now saying that I have to send them an additional $200 to have the TONCOIN that I sent to them deposited into my account. Sounds like a SCAM to me. A legit site would deposit the coins once I reported an issue. I gave them the TxHash so they could verify the transfer. DO NOT USE YoBit. You'll be sorry based on my experience

Was fine for years until the coin I was trading went into maintenance mode and I could not move funds in or out of the exchange. I get it, sometimes exchanges de-list coins, however the coin is still trading, with over 100 BTC worth of orders still transacting. I don't understand because my primary coin still is alive with 100's of active nodes - why is YoBit's wallet under maintanice for almost 4 years!
Also, when I look at the wallet address I have deposited funds into on the blockchain it shows all my funds still in the same wallet. Trades should have been shown and coming in and out. I think their internal accounting system is broken..

I registered in Jan 2018, but lost my device with 2FA, I asked that it gets deactivated and I can provide any necessary documents and info, but they insist that my money is gone! Seriously? Clowns!
Believe me, they will find a reason to embezzle your money.
YOBIT is a SCAM

yobit.net stole 40000usdt from our account, we have contacted their support, they said they took 40000usdt just because our family member has yobit account too and has logged in with same IP, this is ridiculous! Stay away from this company! SCAMMERS!

Locked me out of my account because I lost 2fa code and phone and offers no way for me to gain back access. All my funds therefore stolen by Yobit

Don't buy, they steal money. You can buy, but you can't sell. I bought a crypto (LOOT), I can't sell it or trade it. Don't buy, run away from this site.

This exchange is the actual scammers who dont allow 2f disable to their traders/customers just because they dont want them to get it back. And claims its because od hackers we dont allow users to do a 2f disable. No exchanges has this kind of rule. I have retreived my other exchanges account and they claim better exchange than binance. My foot. This exchange is just a scam exchange. Dont get your head in to this worst/incapable scam exchange.

Sent funds to the exchange wallet, they never appeared in my balance. Support is not responding. SCAM.
If you open their Twitter you will see that you can't even respond to any of their posts. No contacts, nothing. Don't send them your money.

Here my Problem in Nov 2019 I lost my phone with my 2FA and ask customer service to help me to login to my account and since then never get help form Yobit
I have BTC LCC ETH and many more coins into my wallet in there I did prove to them the account is may I send all the info they requested and never solved my situation here the the last ensue from Yobit

Recently, hackers have been actively engaged in disabling 2fa in order to steal funds, so we no longer perform this operation.
If you installed it yourself, you had to write down the secret code (this is indicated by a red alert on page 2FA:

I have logged countless tickets and the responses I've received answer questions I didn't even ask and the issues were never resolved. requests, I've asked for help on different requests and I'm yet to actually get any help. I've been logging support tickets almost daily for 2 yrs STILL not been helped. I have been a yobit user for 3 and not recommend for anyone

Transfered some BTC in to buy a new token. Converted it to the Token after paying an absurd exchange fee and inaccurate market price. Then it turns out yobit does not let you withdraw the tokens from their wallet. So I exchanged back to btc to withdraw my funds. I hit sell and my tokens disappeared with no btc in their place. Absolute scam, hard earned money thrown away.

Honestly, the Yobit support team is absolutely useless. I have logged countless tickets and the responses I've received answer questions I didn't even ask and the issues were never resolved. I've reworded the same requests, I've asked for help on different requests and I'm yet to actually get any help. I've been logging support tickets almost daily for 2 months solid now and have STILL not been helped. I have been a yobit user for 4 years and the minute I actually need assistance, it's not even possible. Why even have a support team in the first place? - what the actual f?

Disgusting company. Stole my crypto. Do not use! You will lose your money. They run multiple scams.

#1 They will "lock" your wallet for months, if not years.
#2 When they finally unlock it, you can only send crypto from a currency you don't currently have.
#3 To exchange your current coins, they are subject to a fee of around 90%!

Therefore, say goodbye to your coins. It's impossible to get your coins out, once you put them in.

I hope my loss saves someone else the misfortune.

*They operate under multiple domains now, YoBit.io, YoBitex.net , etc. They're the same crooks.

The worst company ever stoled money from users not possible login to your account due to new 2fa third tool without support don't trust them, no live support just automatic answer stay far how possible

I deposited 18810 RUR with advcash on yobit and after being braced with the successful payment page from advcash and being redirected to yobit my RUR wallet was not added by this summ. I created ticket in support but it was unanswered.
I had to report them to ASSET Secure Ltd before i was refunded

The most stupid exchange i have ever seen no any customer support, deposits most of the time Never get to your wallet, so they are basically stealing nobs money

A SCAM website. We purchased coins in low price and sell them in higher price. When we sell all coins to get out of the exchange, they lessen the USD from $2500+ to on $25. I checked my trading history for hours and not found any trade in loss. Then I opened a token on exchange and never received a reply. Then after some days, I checked the trading history again, they updated it and added some trades which were in loss.

Don't trust this exchange. They will stole your money
