I like the exercises and can mostly follow the instructor. But it would have been helpful to do an overview of Tai Chi at the front, to give the exercises context. Also, I consistently lose the connection to the program and end up stopped for minutes while it spins, in the middle of the exercise. Very frustrating. And, finally, I'm still baffled by starting up "Yoga-go" in order to practice Tai Chi.

The sessions are well demonstrated and are just the right difficulty for me.

I do like the Tai Chi Walking videos. I like the man’s voice - the instructor. But you also have other videos to dive into as well. Still 8 days to go.

I’m very happy with the program and looking forward to continuing . Just after 3 sessions I have been noticing better breathing patterns and more energy.
With every following day I have realised more energy levels, better breathing and sleeping patterns.
I am more happier and healthier person.

I like the convenience of yoga go. I didn’t lose any weight and my body didn’t firm up. That was the reason I did it. It was fun.

Time and space was of the essence to me. The movements flows easily for someone who hasn’t exercised in quite a while. I look forward every day to doing my tai chi yoga I’m more aware of my breathing. When I’m upset I calm myself with tai chi yoga. I am very happy I started this journey🙏❤️

It is good for me.
I hadn’t experienced and I enjoyed.
I didn’t loose weight but I hope it works for me.
My English is not good.
Thank you.

Some moves were very easy and others were too hard so it feels inconsistent. Love the model doing the moves. The directions are clear and easy enough to follow. Adaptions for strength levels would be helpful if they were presented /explained for example “ modify the plank pose by stretching from your knees” or “if your shoulder is too tight just stretch as far as you can”. Etc. The app reminders are great. The encouragement is helpful. The selected moves are good.

I got for Tai Chi and wish there were more sessions for Tai Chi. Also it’s important to note when you finished the 28 sessions don’t restart or you will
Have to do all again to be able to repeat sessions. I would recommend voice instructions be given in a mirror format, when she goes left you are actually going right.

I began doing the chair yoga routine a little over a year ago. I am 70+ years old and hike a lot in pretty risky terrain and was most interested in finding a way to regain and maintain good balance and flexibility. After being on the plan for a few months I took a really bad fall in the mountains where I was pinned down against a wall with my back in a very severe backward bend. I was sure that I was going to have bad issues getting out of the forest and then long term afterward. I have had zero issues and the only reason I can attribute it to is the increased flexibility I have gained from the yoga practice. I have also seen great strides in balance, which is other goal I had from the beginning. The practices are easy to follow with great instructions and a video that you follow along with.
