SCAM

It’s a scam. Taking peoples money and offering a shoddy poor service in return.
If you thinking of moving to this company DON’T DO IT.

Install quick and easy

The installer Aaron H was very efficient and discussed various cable routing options. The work was completed quickly and left no mess. My internet is now very fast and I am happy.

My experience chatting with Steven K was great. Sorted my billing issue. In order for me to make a payment. I have been chatting to several agents. But was not solved. Steven K managed to solve it by sending me a, link to pay.
Also sorted my upgrade.

Emmanuel Dada did a fantastic job

Emmanuel Dada did a fantastic job. Arrived promptly and carried out neat wiring and installation all the way to the back of the house.
Up and running in no time, great internet connection and speed.

Refund Promised, Never Delivered

I exercised my right to cancel within the 14-day period and requested a refund for the remaining days in the month that I was charged for. YouFibre told me I needed to return the equipment first, and that once it was received, they would issue the refund. Despite returning the equipment, the refund never arrived.

Every time I email, I’m given a new case number and asked to provide all my details again, which is frustrating and unhelpful. This has been going on since June 30th, and I’ve now given up on ever getting the money back.

It’s not a large sum, but no customer should be left out of pocket simply for a company’s convenience. The whole process has been user-unfriendly and discouraging. I’m leaving this review in the hope that YouFibre takes note and improves its customer service—and perhaps finally issues the refund I’m owed.

Excellent customer service Paballo M.

My Internet went down after a power outage and never came back on,from the 1st contact with youfibre customer service they were excellent keeping me informed and trying to do everything to get me back up and running.The customer advisor i had which was Paballo M couldn't have been more helpful they gorgeous me a reduction on my monthly payments and a free months Internet because of the inconvenience of not been able to get me up and running again.They organised an engineer to call at my home and he realised the problem was a faulty router which he replaced straight away excellent customer service from youfibre and I would recommend them 100% thanks again Paballo M for the service.Darren Owens.

I had great difficulty

I had great difficulty getting in touch with this company. I had several issues but the main one was my landline hadn't been working for some time. However I eventually found someone - Jenny - who solved everything very quickly. So they do have staff who are really helpful though tricky to get hold of them!
