Its legit
Its legit, received a £20 voucher very quickly. Would love to see the house I reported renovated back to life. A percentage of the sale an added bonus. Love what they're doing
YouSpotProperty fine, their sub-contractors were not.
Dealing with YouSpotProperty was simple & straightforward. You use their solicitors which they pay for, so win-win. However, if they offer their sub-contractor to move you, also at their cost, refuse. They supplied the packing boxes late, ignored the This Way Up arrows, so there were breakages, used the packing boxes to hold doors open, which led to more breakages, & had to be reminded that some items were left in their van. Emailing them about the breakages was ignored.

We’ve been passing a property for the passed 4 years whilst walking our dog. I was adamant it was empty. Submitted a photo and received a £20 vouchers month later! I hope it sells too ha. Thank you!
Excellent
Excellent! Quick and easy! Can’t believe some people complaining about this company! Spot property in your spare time if it’s suitable you get £20 voucher FREE. You even get 1% of the sale value if it sells! I have sent 3 properties with 1 qualified so far.
What's not to like
What's not to like, the property i found has been empty for as long as i've lived in the area - £20 for letting you know - Great.

I was skeptical at first however the whole process was very straightforward and the voucher arrived exactly as described. A great way to help find new neighbours in the unfortunately empty properties in your area.

I was researching a derelict house next door and came across this site. I forwarded the details and received a £20 M&S voucher via email for doing so. No problems whatsoever.
Simple
Reported a vacant property waited a couple of weeks for it be to assessed and received my £20 M&S voucher.. Simple! 🙂
Worth it.
This property has been empty because of a family dispute for at least 7 years. Thought I’d put it forward and I got a £20 voucher for it. Definitely recommend doing it if you know a property is sitting empty.
Don’t tell anyone or there won’t be any rewards for me!
I came across youspotproperty when looking for quick money making tips as we are desperately trying to save for a house. I have seen a few properties and so thought I would give it a go. I heard straight back on those that didn’t qualify due to not meeting the terms, but I have two that have qualified! Just received my two voucher codes from two properties that I hope they can buy so we can put some cash aside for our own home. I am
Hooked! Who doesn’t love a freebie, but with the chance to earn actual cash aswell… win win!

You Spot Property
I first noticed this company on a Social Media site. I thought it was a good idea so followed it up and sent a photo of a house that had been empty for as long as I can remember, I thought it really needed to be loved and lived in. As promised I received a voucher for £20 initially and if all goes well, there could be a cash bonus later. Well worth the effort, I'm still looking out for any potential neglected houses.
Seemed too good to be true, but wasn’t for a change
I saw an advert on the TV for You Spot Property so assumed it had to be legitimate, but also seemed too good to be true - reporting derelict properties and getting a voucher for it seemed too easy. But that’s exactly what happened. There has been a derelict house on our estate for a while, no one knows who owns it, but You Spot Property verified it and I received a £20 M&S voucher around 2 months after my initial ‘spot’. Although that seems a long time, I can’t say I’d noticed and wasn’t expecting to hear back but was a pleasant surprise. Hope they are able to do something about the derelict house as would be nice to see it usable again.
Easy website and good communication
Easy website and good communication. Even though I reported a property months ago, I was pleasantly surprised to be notified this week that it did meet the criteria and have now received a voucher. Thank you.

I was a little sceptical at first but went ahead and let them know about a property near where I live. The process of letting them know was really easy and a couple of weeks later I have received a £20 M and S voucher. Will definitely be keeping my eyes out for other properties!!
Good experience
The initial for to report a property was very easy. The communication from then emailing me was really good and prompt. I received a £20 voucher for m and s it was easy to access and will be notified if they do buy. I’ll be looking out for more properties . Thank you
