I saw YouSpotProperty advertised on…social media
I saw YouSpotProperty advertised on Social Media and thought I’d send the details of a house near me that has been empty and left looking unloved for a few years. Within a month the property was checked and I received a £20 M&S voucher, quick way to make an extra bit of money. Very happy 😃
Fantastic
Worked for me company were on the ball with communication and very helpfull
This is a great idea...keep spotting!
This is a great idea for making a little side cash for yourself, upload details of properties that you believe to be empty/derelict etc, this is checked efficiently and communication from You Spot Property is excellent in keeping you updated on what is happening. Less than a month later I received my M&S gift voucher of £20 with a further incentive of cash if the business goes on to purchase that property. Great idea and as the saying goes...keep spotting!
Good idea for a company to help limit the amount of empty properties and a bonus for helping
Was told of this incentive by a family member and have sent in quite a few different properties between us. Some met requirements, some didn't due to being owned by housing associations. But they update you either way.
Worked like they said
I reported an empty property and got a £20 Amazon voucher as promised. A lot of places are already in their database but you lose nothing by trying. I'll be keeping an eye out for more empty properties...
Spotted 2 properties
Spotted 2 properties that I thought might meet the criteria of You Spot Property. I received confirmation that one of them did and received a M&S for £20 a short while later and an e mail informing me that if they were successful in buying the property I would receive 1% of any profit they made on the property.

A really simple and easy way to earn a little bit of side cash. I emailed them about a vacant property near to my house, and after they've performed their checks and made sure the property is indeed vacant and meets their requirements, they have sent me a £20 Amazon gift voucher! I did have to wait a couple of months, but for the sake of sending an email and taking a photo, it's well worth it.
Plus, if the house sells as a result of this, I'll receive a share of the sale price! It is capped at £1000 I believe, but again, for the sake of 1 email, it is absolutely worth it!

I have sent in 5 empty properties to this company and I have been told that they dont meet their terms and conditions how rundown empty properties dont meet their terms and conditions I dont know and they tell me the property is occupied I dont think so

I came across you spot property on facebook
I came across you spot property on facebook and new of an empty house. I was a little sceptical but thought it was worth a couple of minutes to register the house. It took a little while for the house to be assessed but it qualified so I received the voucher and then a few months later I received a call to say I have my reward coming! It is definitely worth the couple of minutes.
100% recommended you spot property!
So I saw on social media about this company but was quite sceptical about it to begin with but while I was out walking my dog one day I see an abandoned house so I thought I would report it and see what happens. Two weeks later I received my Amazon voucher and was very happy.
Fast forward a year later I got a phone call to say they had purchased the house and was due £1044. Again I was very happy but had a slight doubt whether I would actually receive it. Today I had the money payed into my bank! I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much you spot property! Would 100% recommended this company. What do you have to loose?
Saw a TikTok about this website
Saw a TikTok about this website, headed to it straight away to report empty house next door, received my voucher by email a week or so late. Got my eyes peeled for empty house now!
Amazed
I was given the information about this website and was very sceptical about contacting them. However to my amazement I have just received my £20 voucher and wait with anticipation to see if there is any further development. I really hope so, not only for any reward but because the empty property that is next door is very overgrown and becoming worrying.
I gave it a go
Saw it advertised and gave it a go as id seen an empty property that had been sitting there for ages.
I got an Amazon voucher and hoping to get a percentage once property sold.
Great idea to get a reward and help to redevelop your local area.
I have just received my first £20 M&S voucher from You Spot Property. Simply take a photo of a run down empty property in your local area, just add a few details and you’re done! It’s a great idea to redevelop your local area, so everyone is a winner

You Spot Property is 100% genuine in their purpose to ensure properties are not left abandoned. Their referral process is very easy and quick. Communication and provision of rewards is excellent. What they offer they provide without exception. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Very easy to report empty properties
Saw an article about a woman who reported an empty property which was eventually sold. She got £20 Amazon voucher, then received a percentage of the sale price. I reported a property that I knew has been empty several years now. Got my voucher very quickly so just waiting to see if this goes further.
Excellent response
Received £20 Amazon voucher within 2 weeks of reporting a long empty property in my street. Simple and easy to report - just a photo and minimal details required. Will wait and see if You Spot Property succeed in purchasing and renovating.
I have just received my first £20 voucher from you spot property
I have just received my first £20 voucher for reporting an empty property. I personally feel that you spot property is providing a useful service to get unloved empty properties on the market and hopefully restored to their former glory.

Easy to report empty derelict properties. I have had lots of £20 amazon vouchers as rewards and used them with no problem online. Wish all companies were this easy to earn money from. I would highly recommend. Fingers crossed they manage to buy some of the properties so I get another reward!
