Fairly impressed

Ordered my avocado sign, came in about two weeks. Was kept up to date by the awesome customer service team! Overall really happy with the quality, I’ll be ordering again.

Don’t waste your time!

First contacted YTN on Wednesday 25th before Black Friday to ask for a quote on a custom design. Had an initially quick response with some designs however no quote offered. Sent numerous follow up emails but heard nothing, even after they extended their Black Friday Discount. Conveniently they finally replied to one of my many emails the day after the extended Black Friday discount ended and was told that they had a strict cut off date, that some emails ‘slipped through the cracks’. Not even an offer to give me a one off code as a token of gesture for their tardiness. A joke of a company!!
Thankfully got exactly what I wanted elsewhere.

Having read through the correspondance, I can see that the service you have received from us has not been to the level you would expect & to the level that we want to provide our customers. Rather than give you excuses, I'd like to explain a little more about what's happened & assure you that it's my job, and the reason I was employed by the directors here, to rectify the situation the best that I can.

We're very open & honest with the fact we faced some issues at the end of last year & start of this year. The team only started the business back in September 2020 after their previous businesses in the hospitality industry struggled to survive the lockdowns in the UK. Marketing was scaled too fast & our internal processes & resources, as well as our supplier at the time, couldn't keep up with the demand. This was all exacerbated by the pandemic.

We stopped all advertising at the start of this year to focus on clearing the backlog caused by our failings & have only recently started again after completely restructuring our business to ensure we're better prepared for the scale we believe we can grow the business to.

In terms of locations, our business is based in Chelsea, London. Here our customer service team, our designers & the directors are based. Our signs are now manufactured in the LED manufacturing capital of the world Shenzhen, China & are shipped express from there to destinations around the world.

We firmly believe the new systems, processes & people we have put in place will enable us to provide the best service in the industry & I'm fully committed to ensuring that happens.

As a team, we want to apologise to you personally, as we are fully aware you've been impacted by these issues & our failings (up until now) to deal with them. Please keep an eye on your emails, as I will be reaching out to offer you something as a way of apology from the team.

No sign and not even shipped after over…

No sign and not even shipped after over 20 working days. £250 down with no product. Customer service terrible and ignore emails for days on end, with only communication from them when you send multiple emails. Would never use again.

Made an order 2 weeks ago, have not received any email for confirmation or updates, have tried to get in touch with customer service so many times and nothing, they basically robbed me of $400

In love with my neon sign.

After getting incredibly bored of my home office, I decided to order one of these signs to brighten up my office space and it's done more than just that. My workspace feels brand new and I am loving being productive and getting work done under the new light!

Great customer service. Arrived on time. Top quality.

Will 100% be buying again.

Great customised design and great quality

Love my sign so much! I got a sign for my goddaughters bedroom with her name on it and it turned out perfect. It was super easy to get it customised on their website and the design options were sent to me straight away. Really pleased with how it turned out and also great that you can dim the brightness

Custom sign - great experience

Purchased a custom sign through these guys and couldn't fault the experience. Really good quality and assistance when looking to get the custom design I was after and arrived nice and quickly (in 2 weeks I think)

Avoid

DO NOT BUY!

Bought one set of lights which were cheap but good quality and arrived quickly. Gave them a flash on my Instagram and asked for a quote for a second lot but was asked to do this review before my quote which was then sky high after a glowing review. Managed to get them down and it’s been over a month now despite the ‘16 day turn around’ promise and they’ve finally emailed me back saying they’ve sent our one of my signs with a pic attached. I only ordered one and it wasn’t the one in the picture

Brilliant Experience

Great experience. I ordered a custom sign which arrived on time and exactly as requested - the quality is brilliant! Particularly impressed with the customer service, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process of ordering with any questions I had.
