I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered sarees that were advertised as Silk, but I received a material that feels like rough paper tissue or sandpaper. It is completely unwearable and looks nothing like the pictures or descriptions on their website.
I initially ordered three sarees as a "test" because I planned to buy 10 more for a large family event. I am so glad I didn't place the full order. When I reached out for a refund, the customer service was highly unprofessional. They refused a monetary refund and only offered "store credit."
Why would I want a coupon to buy more poor-quality products?
This is a clear case of misrepresented goods. If you are looking for genuine silk or reliable quality, please stay away from this store.
