I want to thank Zero Gravity customer service team for replacing my broken device in a quick and simple way!

Omg. The customer service I got was top notch.
Less than 1 day delivery, it was like magic. Replacement of my device based on Waranty, very understanding company. Awesome. I recommend Zero Gravity to anyone who cares about looking good.

When I reached out to ask about the battery for my device the representative quickly offered to replace the device. I was actually a little suspicious because it was so easy but the continued to contact me and promptly shipped my new device. I cannot say I have ever had such a great experience.

This is a scam! I have been using this device for a year and I don't see any improvement on my skin. The price is too much expensive and no good result. It will not give any benefits on your skin.

Top notch customer service. Perfectio X does what it promises. The quality of Zero Gravity products, plus results received, plus polite and knowledgeable customer service, adds up to being
worth every penny spent. Very pleased.

I have been using my perfectio+ for almost 3 months now. I don't see any result. I am afraid that I have been cheated. it was Roni from Paseo de Gracia 64, Local, 08007 Barcelona. He said many times that when I used the machine, I should never use botox again….this is not true at all.
When i write to the Company, i get no respons.

Could you tell me how long the battery is suppose to last? Mine is long gone after 3 years! They told me it was life guarantee! Wow! To me this is false publicity We wrote to your company and they are asking for the bill which I did not keep nor the box which had the serial number on it.

The customer service representative Lily. S was excellent in her services. I mark her 10 on 10. She solved my issue in no time. There were follow ups and responses and her awesome ways to deal with the issues was outstanding. The life time guarantee was honored hassle free. I would recommend everyone to buy their products!

What a scam! This product has done nothing for me. I bought it from Ekatrina at an aesthetics show. She promised me a full refund and what do you know, I can’t get a reply from her.

I would suggest controlling who sales your products. Not allowing third party distributors to tarnish your brand.

I had the opportunity to contact Zero Gravity regarding a warranty on a product I purchased several years ago. I received an immediate response addressing my issue and offering tremendous support and assistance. This support team has continued to guide and assist me through the entire process and resolved my issue quickly. I am very grateful for this assistance as I expected it may be stressful. Instead, it was very satisfying and pleasant. This is a company that strongly stands behind their warranty.

Aug7/24 - In response to Zero Gravity, this is your product (check the photo attached) it is very expensive and is not performing as advertised. I am displeased with your brand as well as with the salesperson who sold it! To make things right, allow me to return it and let me out of my contract! (I am not asking for a refund, I will accept my loss of what I've paid for it so far, approx $2,000)

I wish I read the reviews before I went in...Nov. 21/23, I came in for a red light facial that was on special on Insta for $80.  I ended up buying the Perfectio X by Zero Gravity Skin for $6623 Can, financed for 2years by Lendcare "without interest". (they reduced the price to $5800 to compensate for the 12.23% interest rate)

Beth swept me of my feet with the promise of no more wrinkles and no longer needing Botox, plus free skincare for a year (which is suppose to work out to 2 refills, I'll see if this holds true because I've already been told it does not include the 3 serum refills) and 4 free facials & red light tummy treatments (I only received 2 tummy treatments because I didn't remind them the other times).
Beth also showed me photos of when she had Vitiligo and said it only took 7 months using the Perfectio X to clear up her skin condition, she even rubbed her face with tissue to show she wasn't covering it up with makeup...that solidified the sale because I wanted to get rid of the melasma on my cheeks. (Also, note, there is ambient lighting in the store which makes your skin look much better than it is :( bring your own mirror and look at yourself outside of the store because when I got to my car, I did not see the same results)

As of Apr.18/24, 5 months using it religiously, every other night for 5 minutes on each area of my face.  I haven't seen an improvement and I am very disappointed. Perhaps it is my skin type just needing more time, and not that I got woo'd into purchasing a very expensive red light massager.  I am hoping there are others out there that have purchased this and have had positive experiences with this and could share their story with me.

If, in the future, this does get rid of my melasma, I will gladly change my review to more stars.

Updated: July 5/24 - Still not any difference :(

I tried contacting Beth to see if she could help me out in anyway, we'll see if I get any support...

The staff at zero gravity were courteous and professional. Dawn, my Esthetician did an amazing job! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. She remembered our conversation from my consultation and gave me the exact results I wanted, thank you, I’ll be back again!

The customer service representative I spoke to was so very helpful and friendly. The Zero Gravity team went above and beyond to answer my questions and walk me though the process to resolve my issue. I was really impressed with the level of service and response time I received.

Absolutely terrible product - total scam. This same product sells for $100 on amazon. The MLM like sales people go to medical events and purport that this is a high end red light therapy and sell the products from $1,000 - $7,000. This Juvenis didn't last 3 weeks. After having my device for two years one of the lights turned off. After a bit of back and forth the company is now sending me a brand new device. True to their pledge on a lifetime warranty. I will give it 5 stars.

Dont let you lur into their beauty store, its called earth and it is a scam big time. sellers are insane and you wont get eny help by theyr supportkontact because they will tell you they got nothing to do with the store. but it is a lie. and these....people should be visited by the police whereever they are! and dont by enything off theyr website its overpriced bull***** wich does absolutly nothing! if you want to get rid of some money rather burn it than give it to them scum....
