Zero Gravity 

I have been using Perfectio plus since 2018. I bought this device due to my hectic travel schedules. This I would is the best effective DIY treatment you can bring with you where ever you go. I am a very good testament to the efficacy of this device. I am 57 years old and with very minimal wrinkles to almost none. Thanks to zero gravity!

Talk about desperate... I was not in my right mind legally to be making decisions, I was going through something at the time and was told by my doctor in the past not to make major decisions when taking steps to recovery...

I'm being vague since I do not want to give out TMI info...

but the people trying to sale this product harassed me into getting it and took advantage of my "weak mind set" and forced me I to buying this product... they not only stole my card information but they lied to me about the paper work I was signing... I also was not given ANY copy of the paper work... when I told this to someone a lawsuit was underway...

I am not saying this product is good or bad, but I feel like this product isn't worth it if they have to back you into a corner and force you into buying it... Anyway weeks later I got an email stating (after they looked at the carmas) this person was in the wrong and legally I was not to be singing anything and they saw this person took advantage of that...

long story short... I only paid $643 for the this item an nothing more because I was nice to drop the charges and settle for that. But buyers beware... if this product was as good as they say they wouldn't have to brake laws to try and sale it to you. The Mall that I went to even agreed and they are lucky I droped the charges or they would have been out of a business at my local mall.

Still... I feel like I shouldn't have lost my $643 money, but I guess its better then losing so much more. With that said... I hope this product is worth the mental fear I felt when being forced and the $643 I lost in the process.

Zero Gravity customer service is top-notch. Not only do they respond within 24-hours (and usually the same day within minutes), but they really do honor their lifetime warranty!! I had a great experience with Lilian, who walked me through the process of getting a replacement for a defective device. Yes, you pay $89.00 for them to send you a new one (if you are under warranty as I was), but that was explained on their website before purchase. Regarding the device I have, the Perfectio Plus, all I can say is WOW. Truly works incredibly well on my face, neck and chest. I already have very good skin, but this is taking it to an even new level.

It was easy to contact a representative about the warrantied device and arrange a replacement.

This product is a scam and does not deliver what was promised. I purchased this in January (we are in June now), have been using 3-4 time a week, using the machine as instructed on their manual. I have been using on half my face, half my neck and half my chest. There is absolutely no improvement what so ever. Zero - I now see that "Zero Gravity" means Zero results!

I see that the company likes to blame "promised results" on their sales affiliates.
When I sent an email to the company complaining about their expensive useless product, they sent me their website link with the before and after pictures of their clients, and I must say: If I had seen those pictures, I would never had purchased this product. Most of their own pictures look the same. No improvement.

Furthermore, their address on their website doesn't exist. The bldg. was sold years ago, before covid, and it has been empty since.

I am requesting full refund.

Amazing how the service is when I having trouble with the battery of my prefectio x they replace a new one for me it is really satisfy that they really do the life time warranty and I have used it for 5 years and I get rid of my wrinkles already

The customer service took time to reply but they were very helpful to help me through my warranty claim process. I have received my replacement product and can't wait to try it. It DOES feel slightly different than the original but i hope it works the same

I can’t say enough good things about Perfectio Plus! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a few uses, I could see a noticeable difference in my skin’s texture and tone. I’ve also noticed a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and would highly recommend it!

I am physician and I have the perfectio X. I use this device for skin rejuvenation and for muscle sprains. It is an excellent noninvasive device and I recommend it highly. I accidentally dropped the device and broke the glass cover. I was expecting to pay to have the glass cover repaired. Instead, zero gravity immediately sent me a new device - free of charge! I have never dealt with a more professional device manufacture.

Great customer service.

It is rare, if ever, that a company meets expectations in both product and customer relations. However, Zero Gravity with their Perfectio plus product exceeded both. Following 3 years of using the wand and being impressed with the results, the unit failed to maintain a charge. My experience with other companies caused doubt I would get any satisfaction by contacting customer service. Finally, I decided to just send a email and see what would happen. To my surprise, I received a response from Lily S. Asking for additional information on the warranty and date of purchase. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt or warranty and figured I was out of luck. Again, to my surprise, Lily S. Was able to find my information and led me through the process to receive, promptly, a brand new devise. Amazing. The Perfection plus has reduced the lines on my face considerably and I notice my skin has become smoother and softer.

Went to the vernon homeshow. There was a representative trying to sell this product. I walked over to the booth. He asked me if I was more interested in for under eye, or skin. I responded under eye. He said " your husband asked me to give you a sample". My husband was standing right next to me, and never said anything, and has 0 interest or knowledge of skin products. When both my husband and I responded that " no, he didn't", the guy then said " well he insinuated it". my husband had followed me into the booth, but hadn't said a word or made any type of motion to the items. If you have to blatantly and boldly lie to give away your samples, it makes me wonder just how bad the product is. Not a good method for gaining customers
