Zero Gravity 

On March 4, 2023 I discovered my PerfectioPlus Zero Gravity device would no longer hold the charge. I purchased the device on 11/9/2017 and used it every morning. When purchased I registered for warrany.

I emailed the company on March 4, Saturday then early Monday morning on March 6, 2023 I began receiving emails from customer service. I responded promptly and by the end of the day I was provided a UPS shipping number to track the arrival of the device replacement.

Very cheaply made piece of garbage that broke within 10 days of use and customer service is non existent, BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a brand new sealed unit from an auction site and used this item for approximately 8 days and it quit working, looked at reviews at there are numerous about its defects in charging and staying on, I contacted their customer care and was told they won’t honor the warranty because I didn’t buy directly from them (doesn’t say that anywhere in their literature) needless to say the thing is useless now and a $350+ lesson. BUYER BEWARE THIS PERFECTIO PLUS UNIT IS CRAP!

We live in an era of consumerism. I used to doubt any commercial product that claim to benefit you in anyway. I used to believe that every claim was just a hoax, till I encountered Perfectio by zero gravity. I started using this because somebody suggested it to me. At first, i was extensively skeptical about it, but since my skin was getting bad so i had to use it. The moment i started using it, it shattered all my false beliefs and now i have younger and healthy skin. The lesson I learned not every product come with false promise.

I bought the perfectio plus gold in 2018. It is a great product. Recently, it was out of order. I contacted their Customer Service dept, they provided excellence service and sent me the replacement promptly.

I bought my zero gravity device about 4 years ago and was super happy with it. Unfortunately it broke after 4 years. I then contacted customer service and they send me a complete new device very quick and easy. So happy :) I introduced the device now also to my family members and they now also bought some.

Zero Gravity had a fantastic Customer Services and Perfectio+ has been working great on my wife 's complex for over 4 years.

I just finished a week of classes with zero gravity in Algodonales. I was really surprised by their efficiency, knowledge and pedagogy. The experience was fantastic and I recommend this school for all pilots or beginners to progress quickly in a safe environment. Thank you to all the team.

I had just purchased my product. I got home with it & it was defective. After several emails, the company sent me a new product. So far, so good! I’m really excited to utilize this limited edition Perfectio product! I’m a health care professional & very interested in seeing what results I will accomplish by using this.

Can reviewers please tell me how much you paid for your perfectio x? I was told in the NOLA shore that the price is $4000.00.

I had a great experience during my recent interaction of the support team on the issue of my faulty device which lifetime warranty. The matter was resolved speedily and the warranty claim process is easy and friendly.

After waiting many many months for my device to be repaired, I have been notified that I am getting a replacement. This is such a surprise. So thank you very much.

almost a year ago, I encounter the battery charging issue. The customer service team told me to try various methods which I did and it worked. Recently same problem and they immediately arranged a placement.

I really like the product and customer service resolved the issue of the incorrect address quickly. I got the replacement within a day of the original expected date.

I bought my Perfetio in 2018 and have been a faithful user of it since that time. I've been extremely happy with the results and it works exactly as they said it would work. I noticed that in my Perfectio kept turning off and wasn't holding a charge and I contacted customer service and I was really surprised… They responded immediately, offered to exchange my product with no hassles, even offered me an upgrade at a tremendously reasonable price and quickly sent out my replacement. I really expected to have an unpleasant experience in trying to get my broken perfectio replaced but it was the easiest thing ever. Customer service was prompt, friendly, helpful, and thorough. Also while I was traveling I ran into someone who was selling the same device and when I told him about the problem with mine he told me just to write to customer service and they'll take care of it. Well I didn't believe him but gosh darn… He was right! I'll be a customer for life and as I said the results are exactly what they said they would be and my skin looks beautiful. Thank you so much for great customer service and have a wonderful product.

Great products and great response when I had a problem. With proof of the warranty all I had to pay was shipping.
