Zero Gravity 

I purchased perfectio plus for my mother. She is really happy with the results. The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles has reduced on her face. The best thing I liked about the device was that it has no side effects and it is easy to use.

I have a Perfectio Zero gravity Skin device. While it was working it was fine: effects were real although they took longer than I expected.
One day, however, this incredibly expensive device would not turn on: the lights blinked and then it powered off.
I have contacted the company (only webform, no phone available) several times. I get a nice email saying someone will reach out to me.
I have a $5000 device not even heavy enough to be a door stop because of horrible customer service.
I am not a happy camper!

The pressure from Ben & his staff at the New Orleans división was enough of a red flag. Aggressive and rude was their sales tactic. It makes you wonder if this company thrives on trying to pressure their customers with a non-refundable product. A good product should sell itself. Not be shoved aggressively down someone’s throat.

my device started failing after a few months of use, and the service was nice because they sent me a new one, I had to pay 130 for the local shipping service, which I did not like, but overall it was a good service and excellent response.

I LOVE my “magic wand” (Perfectio +) device! I am 60 (almost 61). I have fine wrinkles, crepey skin on my neck, and large pores. It has significantly improved all these issues! I’ve only been using this for 2 weeks (3 treatments) and already people are complimenting me saying “you look great!”. Highly recommend … but only if you are committed to using as directed.

Perfectio did magic to my skin. The fine line and wrinkles on my face were making me feel older than my age. I must say it is a highly effective anti-aging device with amazing results.

My battery was no longer holding its charge. It was immediately replaced after I reported the problem.

Hello our experience was really fine the only thing I suggest is that there should be a way we can set everything up how we want the feel the pressure it just did body size. Then you guys tell us to hit the button and it's already adjusted to how the previous person wanted theirs. Now we trying to listen to person on phone trying to guide us and this pressure is a little intense trying to read different functions just a little confusing. We did to just adjust everything before we hit the red button because that pressure sneeks up on you and tighten real quick. Thank you guys will do again soon and be more prepared with my eye mask on and my ear buds for music.. HAVE A BLESS ONE...

The customer service team at Zero Gravity Skin were fantastic. They were very responsive and supportive. Once it was clear there was a problem, they replaced my Perfectio X very quickly. I just had to pay for shipping. So relieved and happy. Thanks so much.

This is my worst shopping experience so far. They first sold me an item, they didn't have, didn't bother answering my emails and now they tell me they will "cancel your request to return the jacket" - even though I sent it back tree days after receiving it and gave them the tracking number.

I purchased a Perfectio X less than one month ago. I have used the device on myself and a few clients. We have all noticed positive changes in our skin! The device was not charging properly so I contacted Zero Gravity. They responded immediately and sent me a new device. Absolutely outstanding customer service!!

I had to return a product under warranty. I am in Europe and requested to have the shipping and handling exempted. This was done, with appreciation.

It worked for me but i stopped using it due to pregnancy. Now i intend to using it again after 5 years!! However, I couldn’t use it now because i lost the charger. Where can i buy it and how much does it cost. I am in london at the moment.

I have been using the Perfecto Plus Gold for 5 years. I purchased it in Cabo San Lucas at the Elevation Store. I am 63 years young and I get lots of complements, my skin is smooth and glowing. Love it !!

Well I was also fooled into buying this to reduce wrinkles. Showed in the mirror how wrinkles just disappeared!!!! Wow what a fool I was. That did not happen at home!!!!!!!!!!
I followed all instructions for months!!! So don’t try that one! Haven’t used it for the last year. Now it only works for a minute or so.
Sent an e-mail to customer service. Who have now asked for a serial number. Shouldn’t this be on the device?!!!! Can’t find it anywhere!!!! And want 89 dollars postage!!!! WHAT!!! Can’t cost that much to send there and back!!!!!
What a scam!!!! FDA APPROVED means NOTHING. Just means it won’t harm you! FDA approved Oxicontin which caused an opioid crisis in the U.S that killed hundreds of thousands of deaths!!!

This is a great skincare tool. Pretty easy and straight forward to use.
