This review is for the frustratingly poor customer service and an overcomplicated returns procedure. After receiving a top that didn't fit, I went to return the top online. You have to submit a return request and await a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. I'm still waiting 4 days on? Decided to instead return it via Collect+ at a cost of £5.52. It's a shame as the product itself is okay but just put off by returns policy. I'd avoid shopping direct and go through another of the reputable online stores (New Look etc).

I had to return the items as they did not fit, I am a 12/14 and the size 12 was enormous. The quality of the item was good and it was a shame I couldn’t keep it. I received a refund relatively quickly but the process was expensive as you have to pay for delivery and returns, so it was £10 for items I didn’t keep.

Blouse is as described and shown on website. Great colours and design. Goes well with black and brown and adds a bit of zing to the outfit. Needs to be ironed as the creases didn't drop out after hanging. Not sure if they'll stay out after wearing as not worn yet. Won't stop me keeping it though.

I know not everyone will have the same experience as me but I ordered the black and white imperial blouse and was sent a maxi dress. It was bought for a meal I was going to and obviously couldn't wear. I asked by email for Zibi London to investigate why this had happened and I've heard nothing back. The initial email from them wasn't very apologetic or understanding. Got the impression it didn't really matter and I didn't feel valued at all. Wasn't going to write a review but I kept getting emailed asking me to so here we are.
**EDIT**: I know I got a reply from Zibi London but my problem being I asked for a reason why this happened. I was told it would be investigated and I wanted to know the outcome. I never got the email explaining why it happened in the first place. That is my problem. I know I got a solution but my point is I didn't get an explanation. It's fine to send a returns label and do all that quickly, but it still doesn't fulfill me with any hope it won't happen again or why it happened in the first place.

Sizes were really odd. I am always a size 12 and the sleeves were very tight around the arms and ripped on first wear. Pretty top though!

Dress is five stars but when I pay extra for for next day delivery, that should be the case. Ordered Friday evening so, yes, too late for Saturday delivery but Tuesday was far too late. I had planned to wear the dress on the Sunday and couldn’t.

I ordered a dress for next day delivery, then a couple of days later emailed the company to ask where it was. They said that the item was out of stock so it wasn’t shipped, even though they still took the money out of my bank.
