Out of stock
Unfortunately I ordered a dress only to get an email to say it was out of stock the following day. A refund was issued swiftly bit I was disappointed to have been able to purchase something which was out of stock.

I am so disappointed with this company…
I am so disappointed with this company after a good start with my first order. The second order is a different story. I ordered two items which one was out of stock- received refund which was fine. However no sign of the second item at all and they haven’t even had the courtesy to reply to my e mails or return calls ( who knows if the telephone number Is correct but it’s on their site. So altogether in the dark regarding my purchase and very unhappy indeed.

Wrong size sent
Unfortunately, while I love their clothing I am disappointed with my latest order. I ordered a size 8 in a dress and it was too small so I placed another order for the larger, size 10. The size 10 has arrived and it is a size 8 they have just stuck a size 10 sticker over the sticker that says size 8. Very sad. Cannot be bothered to return as it was an international order. I now have two of the same dress in size 8 that is too small. Very disappointed.
