Prompt and friendly service

The driver contacted me prior to the arrival time saying he would be late as there was heavy traffic congestion around Palma. In fact, he arrived ahead of the agreed pick up time so obviously had made a great effort to be on time.
As the congestion was ongoing, he took an alternative route to bypass the traffic and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
Unfortunately due to the new EES system in place in airports, I have had to cancel the arrival pick up on two occasions but the company made no fuss in refunding my payment.

The transfer went very smoothly. The vehicle was ready and waiting on arrival at Tenerife airport. Very new and comfortable vehicle meant a very smooth ride to the resort. On return the driver was early and took back roads to avoid traffic on the main roads. Both drivers were very polite and both spoke some English which helps.

Fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough. Very easy to locate the driver in the airport and the driver was early in picking us up on the easy home.

Arrived into airport in good time. Unfortunately the baggage for our flight was a long time coming. Zip rang to say our driver was leaving in 3 minutes. We were travelling with a baby and could not leave without our luggage- it was late at night. Thankfully my wife was able to convince the driver to stay for an extra 50 Euros. Transfer back was fine and on time but won’t use again. Simple improvement- if someone has paid you for a transfer make sure you actually transfer them.

I cancelled my booking within 24 hours (not 48), so I understand why I wasn’t entitled to a refund under their policy. However, within an hour of cancelling, I contacted them to reinstate the trip I had already paid £70 for. I was told this wasn’t possible due to a “system issue.”

That’s where this became frustrating. I wasn’t asking for a refund anymore—I simply wanted to go ahead with the booking I had already paid for, and this was refused.

It feels like a very rigid and unhelpful approach, and honestly quite disappointing from a customer service perspective. While their fares may be slightly lower than other taxi companies, this experience has put me off using them again.

We used Ziptransfers from our apartment in Tenerife to the airport, the driver was very polite and friendly and a good driver. Would definitely use their service again.

Our smart driver was waiting for us on arrival at Gran Canadian airport, very efficient and drove us safely to our destination resort. This is the 2nd time we've used them and definitely recommend them.

On arriving at Alicante our driver was late to meet us in the terminal. He then led us to a bay where we waited for 20 minutes for him to return and and pick us up.
Our return journey 7 days later was, to say the least, eventful. Our driver didn’t pick us up at our hotel, we walked to the main road and boarded what I can only describe as a repurposed ambulance. On our journey to the airport our attention was drawn to the poor condition of the vehicle. An emergency stop was taken and all our luggage flew forward causing some concern. Thankfully the, “bus”, made it to the airport. Used Zip regularly but recent years it’s been rough

Unfortunately the driver was not there when we arrived but a quick call to the office in Las Palmas to English speaking staff sorted the matter. As it turns out there was a massive traffic jam on approaching the airport. Once picked up the journey was great and we were dropped off at the the correct location. Great service.

We have been using this company now for 8 years, never a problem.
They are very professional and friendly drivers.we a,ways book a return transfer, If ever they are delayed for any reason they always ring in plenty of time and inform you of their expected time of arrival. Would not use anyone else.
