Both the outbound and return journeys were perfectly organized and right on time. Upon arrival, the driver was already waiting for us at the airport, holding a sign with our name on it. This made it very clear who we needed to go to. They were very friendly people; although their English was limited, they clearly did their best to assist us.

Could not fault them! On time and very reliable. I was thinking about changing my return pick up to a different day and when I called they could not have been more helpful - very efficient and offered to change free of charge! Great company!!

3 Disabled passengers left stranded at Malaga Airport, because of delays threw no fault of ours and although one of our party went and spoke to the driver saying we were on our way out he still left without us Charged for a service we didn't get with no money returned to us Will never use this company again

Great to see driver waiting for us. My husband has mobility difficulties and sat next to driver . This probably was why the vehicle which picked us up for return trip was a mini bus , and made getting into easy and much appreciated.
We have used Zip previously and will use again .

A great transfer service from Torremolinos to Malaga airport. I have used this company 4 or 5 times now and they are always prompt, polite and smartly turned out with quality, clean cars.

It took a long time to get our luggage due to heavy rain. You called and said the driver had arrived and was waiting for us. I explained the situation, checked why the luggage was delayed, and was told it would arrive shortly. One of us went outside to speak with the driver, and I spoke with one of your representatives on the phone and said that the luggage would be arriving soon. You could not wait any longer, and the driver left. We had to take a regular taxi 10 minutes later and received no compensation for the fact that you did not wait. I will likely not be booking with you again.

We had return transfers from Prague airport. Our driver was there to meet us and our transfer to our hotel was great. Shame i can't say the same for the return journey.... our driver who picked us up 45mins earlier than originally stated at 6.25 in the morning for a 10.15 flight. He then drove like a grand prix driver using his phone and right behind the car infront. Didnt even drop us outside the terminal, instead the car park and said its very close... i think this was die to him having a pick up at the airport. Very dissapointed after using ziptransfers a number of times. Hopefully this is just a one off?
