I purchased a Zoffoli bar globe from Zoffoli directly as a Christmas present, as I noticed the options available through companies in the UK were not as good. This meant that my item had to travel from Italy all the way to the UK safely without breaking and in time for Christmas. Before purchasing, I also had questions about the different globes so exchanged some emails with Beatrice, who was great in helping me pick the right globe and understand the differences. Excellent, prompt and friendly communication.

The shipping and delivery were also 10/10 excellent. The courier had tracking that was updated frequently so I was kept informed throughout the item's journey.

The present was so well received but only put together months later, as we were in the process of moving home. When we came to assemble the bar globe, there were a couple of minor parts missing, and upon emailing Beatrice at Zoffoli, they quickly resolved this by sending the missing pieces from Italy!

I have bought the globe bar last year, I have not assembly yet, moving to my new apartment is late, so I have to to wait for more space,I think it has a very nice quality and so.

Excellent globe and quick delivery. Much cheaper to buy and import direct from Zoffoli then a uk supplier. Great quality and a good focus point. Everyone who comes around comments on how beautiful it is. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my husband for christmas as he has always wanted one. It was easy to put togethet and looks fantastic. It also fits more drinks/glasses than i thought it would.

I first bought a free standing Zoffoli Columbus globe in 2011 and I and my grandchildren, family and visitors all loved it, so imagine the disappointment when the spigots supporting the globe broke when the globe accidently fell over during cleaning. I appealed to Zoffoli to help me repair it at a reasonable cost and they kindly offered me a new, updated globe at a heavily discounted price and free delivery. I couldn't resist this offer and the new globe was delivered to me, but I then proceeded to let it slip from my grasp as I struggled to fit the new globe, which is quite heavy for a senior citizen to lift into the supporting stand and the spigots snapped once again as they are made from aluminium and do not have much lateral strength.

Once again I appealed to Zoffoli and they agreed to repair the globe at no cost to me, if I delivered it with its stand to them. This seemed very fair too and I returned the whole globe and stand to them. They repaired the globe and fitted it back into the stand so that I wouldn't have to do it and it arrived back with me a few days ago and now stands proudly in the corner of my lounge where everyone can see it clearly when they visit me.

I particularly want to thank Beatrice Urbinati for all her help in resolving the issue - she certainly always did her best to provide excellent customer service.

Also, the way everyone I have communicated with at Zoffoli over the past several months have tried to do whatever they can to restore my globe and keep me as a happy customer at a reasonable cost and not tried to exploit the situation to sell me another new globe. This is what I find is the way that smaller privately owned family companies carry out their business and why I prefer dealing with them than large conglomerates who are only concerned about making a quick buck.

I bought a "Urano" desk bar globe from the Italian globus makers Zoffoli. It would have been good looking if it wasn’t because they haven’t aligned the longitudes. It. In other words the map projection is way off. I wrote Zoffolo because I wanted to send it back and get another one, but they unfortunately never answered. In the Certificate of Authenticity they write that The product is unique and unrepeatable, I sincerely hope so for the sake of future customers!
