Thanks for the continuous support

I would like to personally call and thank the team for the support they provided. Everything was pre-planned and taken care of beforehand. Only one issue where they can improve is deepening the level of customization on the platform to save time. I hope all the trips go as perfect as this one.

Okay if there was negative stars also I…

Okay if there was negative stars also I would have given that.
First fact is that these zoliday people are CHEAT AND SCAMMERS. Please book from mmt or local sight tours. Just avoid zoliday at any cost. Why. I'll tell u why. We planned a tour from Mumbai to mahabaleshwar. Myself and my wife both are doctors. And our 2 Kids. On mail they send us the package for 16000 inclusive of taxi and hotel. While searching for the hotel it seemed to have a lot of negative reviews and it didn't seem good. We called them back and I asked for a 4 star or 5 star hotel. They suggested one 4 star hotel by name of valley nest. We searched that also only to find negative reviews for that hotel too. As these zoliday group people are from Karnataka and as I worked in bangalore (and to finf them that these people are never cheats) I booked that for 26000 inr.
Driver and car was good. His name was vinayak.
To our dismay our hotel was located in panchagani and not in mahabaleshwar.
Don't want to say too much about hotel. There was no star rating to it. Everything from starting to end was worst. The service was awful. As our booking included breakfast. But that only comprised of bread omelette. After scolding them they made aloo parantha . Seriously pathetic experience.
After finding the invoices in the end the hotel costed no more than 8000 and the driver costed roughly 8000.... total of 16000 and the charges made by zoliday was 26000. So they kept in their pocket 10000. Seriously 10000 for just booking and making arrangement. Just imagine what u can do with 10k.
Pathetic .
Seriously don't feel like wasting my energy in writing a long essay. But just as a note of caution for everyone. DON'T TRUST ZOLIDAY WITH UR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY ARE NOT WORTH TRUSTING RATHER THEY ARE WORTHLESS.
and by no means book valley nest hotel in panchagani, ull find way better hotels than those.
Best of luck.

Satisfactory. Not too special. Nor that bad.

I had booked a trip to Ooty from Bangalore. It was for a duration of 3 days and for 7 people. First of all, I would like to say that the trip was satisfactory. You could have done the same thing by booking cab and hotel separately, might have cost you less, depending on your preferences. First of all, the cab driver. He was punctual. He arrived 15 minutes before pickup, but one problem was that he spoke very less Hindi. I had specifically asked for a Hindi-speaking driver. But this driver knew few words in Hindi, which the Zoliday people deemed enough to qualify him as a Hindi-speaking driver. Most of our conversations ended up in awkward pauses. Plus, this driver happened to have a tooth-ailment bugging him at the time, making us sympathize with him and not asking him for too much advice. The car was decent enough, a 7-seater Innova. Secondly, the hotel. La Flora Amberley Resort. It looked good in images, and was good too to look at up front. But it was located at a place where the roads are not good. The hotel itself promised of a table tennis table, which was not to be found. The rooms should have been perfumed before the guests arrive, which was not done. The TV had few channels, which were not too clear. The extra bed was, in fact, the sofa in the living room, which they converted to a bed. It was not sturdy enough, and it used to slip out of its position. And the restaurant in the resort! The first day we had our lunch there. It was abysmal. We had ordered mixed veg, which tasted stale and sour. It was disgusting. Dal tasted burnt. Other food items were not that good as well. Though, they did offer another vegetable curry in return and didn't charge for it, but still it doesn't exonerate them from feeding us such bad food. Plus, they didn't provide WiFi, but yet advertised. Thirdly, we covered 70% of the itinerary, we could only visit one spot in Coonoor, and took the toy train from Coonoor to Ooty. This fault is not attributed to Zoliday. But while returning, we hoped to visit Mysore Palace on the way as we had time and kms to spare. But since it was not in itinerary, we were denied.

Summary:
Ride
Pros:
- car was good
- driver knew the routes well.
Cons:
- didn't speak proper hindi
- had a tooth ailment, and kept wincing now and then.

Stay
Pros:
- looked good on the outside.
Cons:
- bad food
- stinking rooms
- extra bed(sofa) not sturdy
- bad location
- no wifi provided
- no table tennis table as advertised.

Overall, the Zoliday team should take care of their customers' interests in order to get the benefit of word of mouth, plus a chance to serve the customer again.

It was the perfect 'get away from it all' trip with Zoliday, where we really felt like we were stepping back in time. The location, nature and wildlife were stunning and I particularly enjoyed meeting many different people staying at the Stay and the host was property owner who owns the Coffee Plantation.
