Feel ripped off

All of a sudden I had to pay 32€ extra for a cancelation insurance which I never wanted. There is no counter that shows your total bill - which of course edreams does intentionally. You only find out after the amount is credited.
Also another cost of 4€ for your Visa-payment - no other option available.
I just feel ripped of - not for a huge amount - but this is not how to treat customers.
