Do not trust them!!!!

The company advertises low airfares and allows customers to make bookings, including accepting credit cards. However, it turns out the company cannot guarantee the fare and we were told this several days after the booking was made - at which point they said only a more expensive fare was available. We could have booked through another company and saved money, but now we have had to change flights and will have to try to change hotel bookings to match the flights. Our credit card had not been debited, but after reading other online reviews it seems we were lucky.

I note the reply from eDreams: We cancelled our booking from eDreams and deleted our records. Instead we booked direct with the airline - got immediate confirmation and cost was similar to the price we thought eDreams would have charged. In short we saved money by not using eDreams!
