Be Aware

First, we never send any spam and used Sendgrid for normal transactional Mails for our e-commerce sites.

2 Weeks ago, just no mails was sent and it tooked us 2 days untill we realized it.

After login to our sendgrid account we saw the following notice:
Your account is temporarily under review. Please contact Support to regain access.

The only place where we was able to see this, was in our account. No information on mail or phone - nothing.

Okay, so I contacted the customer support by creating a ticket (the 24/7 live chat was offline, Phone number doesn't exist).

It allready past 2 weeks and still nothing changed on this situation. I write daily in live chat (when live chat is online) and got all the time the reply, it will be fixed by tomorrow.

Because Mails in queue will be deleted after 72 hours, all those mails, about one hundred of working hours from our customer agents to reply our customer, are just lost.
