Poor quality, poor service. Mostly defective items. Not really competitive prices. Not really an auction.
Hereby no feedback but an excuse message from BVA. It is annoying that you have had several negative experiences. What you describe should of course not happen. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience! Because no data has been left behind I cannot see what this is about.

very good communication received email and sms confirming delivery date and time window. Delivery was within a window of 30 minutes so I did not have to wait about. Product was received in good order. Great service!

I could have had a heart attack because of the delay in getting my tablets!
I placed my order on Friday 8th Dec and did not receive the order untill Wednesday 13th Dec afternoon. Customer service was of little help they just kept telling me to talk to Royal Mail. So much for service!
I really needed my heart tablets and Pharmacy2U could have caused real problems because of the delay in getting my tablets delivered. It is no use blaming Royal Mail, I placed my order with Pharmacy2U and responsibility cannot be placed with someone else! I could have had a heart attack!

Upon checking your account, I can see you place your order on the 7th December your surgery was very prompt and responded with the return prescription on the same day during the evening.
We were then able to dispense and dispatch your medication the following working day. Royal Mail then have up to 1-3 working days which does not include the weekend to make delivery.
As per your review the medication was received on the Wednesday well within the timescales we advise.
We require patients, to request their medication a week before they are due to run out, we recommend 7-10 days before hand. This will allow us to deal with your request, wait for the return prescription, dispense, dispatch and then deliver the parcel to your address.

List Hotel as RIU palaca Pacifico Peurto Vallarta. Hotel is actually in Nueva Vallarta some 25km away. This is written in the information but very mis-leading when trying to book a quick vacation. You then have to pay very high taxi fees or go with the bus if you want to get to the town center. Service desk was also very unhelpful in resolving this matter. But hey what can you expect from a company only interested in booking and not customer satisfaction!
