Amazing Customer Care
Found the best price for a pair of TCX boots with these guys but had an issue with the quality when they arrived; they looked like they had already been worn and had a couple of marks on them. Contacted Customer Services and was immediately blown away with the helpfulness and professionalism of Alexandra. She contact d the manufacturers (they don’t stock but order in directly), had another pair of boots sent and also took care of the returns cost. Kept me updated throughout the process and personally checked the new boots before forwarding. Such a difference to find a company that cares about its customers. Can’t rate highly enough!
