Send grid locked us out of our account and then didn't reply to any emails for over 2 weeks.

We used UK mail for 6 months before…
We used UK mail for 6 months before they fired one of their drivers for wanting to take some holiday. After they fired him they didn't hire for his area and we haven't had a collection in 2 months! I have been personally driving to the depot everyday as they won't collect. I have tried many times to contact them but no one can sort such a simple problem for a logistics company!
