So far so good.

Good occupancy and proactive communications are working well so far. I like having a person who knows my apartment and who knows me. While sometimes I think they may be a bit quick to meet the market, overall so far so good.
Cleaning can be a bit superficial, which is surprising given the charges.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback, glad you've been impressed so far. We always try to provide our hosts with a dedicated Account Manager, who you'll meet at the onboard meeting. Unfortunately we aren't able to perform a deep clean at every property each time, but the property will be cleaned for at least two and a half hours (for a one-bed) between every guest.
