Don't book anything with e-dreams, a very bad customer support!! ⚠️⚠️

I am trying to get an invoice of my trip for almost 2 weeks and they just don't send, they know how to send spam every day with advertising but get the invoice so I can submit the expense to my company, they just don't do it. I will never book anything in e-dreams again. They make me lose 250€.

I have already called customer support 10 times and they always say they are going to send, they seem like robots always saying the same and they can't send a simple invoice just imagine if you have a more serious problem.
