Bad Service
Booked a return set of flights, however the information they provided me did not match up with the flight I had. The flight number and time were incorrect. The flight itinerary was also poor, as I was flying from Don Meaung, however it said (BKK) beside it which is the other airport in Bangkok
this was extremely confusing and stressful.
Also, I prepaid for baggage for two people, when I arrived at the airport the airline had no knowledge of this. I paid for baggage and kept my invoice to ask to be reimbursed. After two long phone calls I was effectively hung up on when the lady decided my invoices were not sufficient evidence. I will not be booking through eDreams again.
