NEVER AGAIN / NIE WIEDER

The customer service is so bad I don’t even know where to begin. I wanted to cancel my Qantas flight andwas told they can’t do it because it’s a low cost carrier. ?#%?#%? The very unfriendly lady almost yelled at me using abbreviations nobody understands when I questioned Qantas being a low cost carrier. I then called Qantas who expectedly referred me back to the travel agent for cancellation. I called eDeeams again and the whole discussion started again. The agent refused to put me through to his supervisor. I insisted they call Qantas and am now awaiting their return call. Not sure that’ll happen
