The shipping experience was excellent. THawk 865 was prompt, courteous and expedient. I highly recommend THawk 865 and will select him as my carrier if available. His driving skills are impeccable and he placed THE RV in a very tight space with ease. The only glitch that made me rate 4 instead of 5, was that THawk was unable to recieve payment after I released payment. It was a Sunday delivery but the online system should have completed the transaction. Further there was no communication except email to try to rectify the issue. THawk was excellent in all aspects. UShip failed to complete the transaction. Maybe better to go directly to the carrier.
