Poor Customer Experience
Ordered a cable reel via click and collect after seeing 3 available on line from the Bristol branch on Whiteladies Road. Got to the store to find a queue around the car park and customers being served from the entrance. 30 minutes later was served. Chap went to find the item only to come back 2 minutes later to announce he’ll have to process a refund. I reminded him the website was showing 3 in stock and the order had been taken. He responded that the website was wrong, no apology. Think I’ll stick with Screwfix, as was the general opinion in the very disgruntled queue of trades people.
