2J Design 

I agree with Paula Daley's review. 2J Design are more interested in signing up new customers and leave them high and dry. They were two months late to finish the website from the agreed time. The website was published without testing and once it was live, it was infected with bugs. They were supposed to test the site and identify the problems but we had to spend another six months just reporting them the problems so they can be fixed. Most of the issues were never fixed permanently and would show up again after few days and this went on and on for six months. They switched from our old site without transferring all the elements which directly affected our sales. They admitted their mistake and tried hard to repair the damage but could not allocate enough resources to fix the problems for good. They rather spend their resources on signing up new customers than taking care of the customer already on board.

In the end, we had to just pay them and take our website to another developer. The new developer's advice was to start from scratch as it would cost more to fix the problems than making a new site. Beware once they get your money you are at their mercy and they know that very well. I would not recommend 2J to my worst enemy.

Couldn't be happier with the service 2J provided. They helped me and my girlfriend pick the best site theme for the job as well as helping us pick the correct server that not only supported our needs. After sales support is incredible they help every step of the way, would definitely recommend.

We enlisted the help of 2J after another company let us down and we have never regretted it; our site runs like a dream.
The whole team at 2J are a pleasure to work with. Their down to earth yet professional attitude make e-commerce simple. Any issues, updates or changes are dealt with ASAP.
Given that Google continually change the goal posts 2J work tirelessly to ensure our company is not effected.
I would recommend 2J to new companies and established ones with no problem.

Over the past year we have learned a lot of valuable lessons on setting up an eCommerce site and the first one is never again use 2J Design. I am sure this will come as no surprise to them as I have already made my feeling known and in no uncertain terms.

So it’s interesting to read people have had 5 Star service off of this shower and wonder how many of them are authentic? If there were a minus stars they would get a -5

The site is still not working properly and we have spent a fortune trying to put things right. The amount of money spent would have been better scrapping the original one by 2J Design and starting again.

I have found the Managing director rude and arrogant and the admin staff totally incompetent.

Now it’s back to spending even more money as their configurations are not correct on our checkout…………… Why after a year are we still having problems?

So if you really want a headache and a pig in a poke then the only company I can recommend is 2J Design as they really know how to mess thing up with style.

The entire 2J team are unbelievably talented and dedicated to say the least. They always provide a 5* service when ever I need something changing or explaining. The members of staff are highly in the know when it comes to web design, SEO and many other aspects to designing / running a website. I'd like to thank them on behalf of myself and my colleagues.
