When we spoke to you over the phone, you told us that you had changed your mind as the item was not suitable for your requirements which was why it was being returned, we weren't informed of any issues with set-up.

Really impressed
I am really impressed with acdctv. First, they were the cheapest I found for a satellite dish & tripod. Then they dispatched next day with delivery scheduled for the day after. When only part of the satellite system was delivered by DPD, a telephone call to acdctv resulted in the missing part being returned to the company and promptly being shipped out again to me. The lady at acdctv was extremely helpful and even rang me to tell me what time it was due to be delivered. I will certainly consider acdctv for my future needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a kuma 4g router but little square airial was no good. But when I phoned about it the it was explained that an upgrade to a better airial was available free of charge, I would say that was excellent service! Chris.
