Nice product, terrible customer service
I tried out an ammestole in BabySam and loved it so, decided to order one. The chair wasn't cheap to begin with and I was pretty unimpressed at the 365 kr. delivery charge when we live only around 15 km from their warehouse and the package apparently fits in a car boot. Luckily they also offer free pickup from their warehouse, so we picked this option. This is where the problems started. Despite stating that they were open weekends, they wouldn't let us come and pick it up the first weekend after we ordered, as they were at a baby fair. Fair enough, so we agreed to collect the next weekend. When we called to arrange a day and time, they decided they were shut that weekend too. At first they agreen to let us pick it up on Kristi Himmelfartsdag or the following day, despite it not being a public holiday, then they changed their minds and said they were closed both those days too. Eventually we organised a weekday which they then rang to cancel a couple of hours before we were due to pick up the chair.
We are still waiting for our chair or for them to present an oppertunity for us to collect it. If I'd known it would have involved this much stress to get hold of the chair, I wouldn't have bothered ordering, bespite faling in love with the product. You'd think after all the hassle they have caused (and about 25+ phonecalls trying to arrange with them), they would offer to deliver to us for free, but no such offer.
