Terrible company. I ordered a jacket and a sweatshirt for Christmas oresents in December 3rd, they arrived in January. The items were cheap and not as described. I asked for a refund if my $80 dollar purchase and was told they could refund me $10 dollars and just keep the items. I did not want the very cheap looking items, I wanted my money. They said I would be responsible for the return shipping which was more money out of my pocket. Save your money and do not order from this company! They are a rip-off.

all fake clothes and will NOT let you return although they promised easy return on their website. SCAM WEBSITE! LIAR

My son also wanted to have the hip OFF-White Hoodies.
But apparelsdeals.com does not sell original products, the product is imitated and comes from China !! If you complain and want to return the goods, you are held back with e-mails. ...the return delivery takes a long time, you have to pay the costs yourself, etc.
Also concrete questions after the exact return address are not answered. Often a partial refund is also offered, but always without a concrete amount.
DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM !!!

Same experience as so many others. My fifteen year old ordered a hoodie, it was of cheap scratchy fabric--it says 100% cotton but I am suspect. Tried to return and they would not accept, offered 10% discount saying "too expensive to return". Don't order from them.

Liars They are liars about the refund. Received a child's large instead of a mans small. Will not refund offers 10% off future purchases suggests giving it to a friend.

I purchased some hoodies from apparelsdeals.com. I thought it’s ‘OFF-WHITE ’hoodies but I realized they’re totally different when I received those items. Now I am trying to return my orders. I received an email from them wanting to give a discount for next purchase and suggested just giving the hoodies to a friend who like it !!! Now they have stop emailing me back when I asked them give me the return address. This is Fraudlent!!!!!! DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM !!!

I recently purchased some merchandise from apparelsdeals.com. Now I am trying to return the items. I received an email from them wanting to give a partial refund (10%) and suggested just giving the merchandise to a friend!!!!!!!! First of all my order was over 150$ USD so 10% off is far from a partial refund, 2nd of all how does giving the merchandise to a friend help me. This was a Christmas gift for my son. Now they have stop emailing me back when I denied the offer and will not accept my return. They advertise 30day return policy.........This is Fraudlent!!!!!! DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM

I was leery about placing orders over the internet, thinking what if this is some sort of cheap material, what if I dont like the item, what if it is not as described or pictured??? WELL! APPARELDEALS.COM is the complete opposite!!! I will continue to shop from your site. Apparel Deals is one of my favorite vendors. I have ordered a couple of times from them already and I will continue to do so. They do have a smaller selection than some other vendors. However, almost all of the products I've ordered have been good quality and exactly described and pictured on their site. Even when I have had to return something, it was hassle free and they were quick to respond. What I really like is that they are always courteous and they will always find a way to work something out with you if there's a problem.
