Non excisting service, do buy from Babywalz

I did buy a babyjogger pram deluxe, when we got it, the top cover were missing. Instead of returning the product, we did contact them and explained the problem. They promised to contact the supplier, but over and over again there was an excuse, holiday, not able to reach them ect.. Now three months have gone since we bought the pram and we have given up. Babywalz even stopped giving any status, so we have a pram without a cover. We never buy there agian, the service is non exsisting, so be careful!
