Balance Optics Reviews 

I have discovered today via a competitor that Balance Optics are no longer trading but their website is still up and they are taking orders and people's money, but have no intention of for filling any orders therefore do not buy from this company

I am currently using PayPal to get a refund and I'm hopefully PayPal will also block them from using their service going forward

Purchsed some Oakley Lenses from them 2 weeks ago, they have taken the funds but so far haven't produced the lenses, responded to E-Mails or answered the phone calls.

Ordered 1 month ago, have been trying to get an update on the order - no reply to emails or phones.

Contacted Oakley - they say they dont deal with this company directly and advised to get money back if possible.

I am trying to chase them up as well about my order i have spent a lot of money and they dont even have the decency to pick up the phone or if somebody does they dont say anything just put the phone straight down. i can not believe they had so many good reviews. probably he wrote all of them. i just want my money back. if dont do something i will take legal action. i am not going to give up on this.

I'M BEGINNING TO THINK THIS COMPANY HAS GONE BUST! I Ordered a pair of Oakley goggles from theses people over a week ago, wouldn't be in so much of a rush, but I'm off snowboarding this weekend, so I tried contacting Balance optics via numerous emails and telephone messages (only option your given) but as yet have not had any replies. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING OFF THESE UNTIL THE REVIEWS GET MORE POSITIVE

I have been chasing Balance Optics since 25 February to get news on my glasses - which I paid for several weeks ago. They have not responded to many emails, facebook post, tweet and phone messages. Does anyone know if they are still in businsess or have I been ripped off here?

Great price on my Oakley Radar Path. Easy to order, even without setting up an account. International Signed For was very reasonably priced (£5-6 IIRC), and my order was shipped the same day. I can't complain about anything! Highly recommended!

If you want custom Oakley Glasses this is the place to shop. It's exactly what you would get if you were to buy from the Oakley store, provided at a cheaper price. What is not to like? Also Balance Optics sent me a £10 voucher for a Facebook Like. Well worth the 2 seconds it took me. Simple!

So I had the choice of picking the Colours available for my Jawbone including the Frame, Jaw, Lenses, Icons & Earsocks which I am really happy with. Purchased Oakley Light Grey Polarised prescription lenses for my Flack Jackets. Arrived promptly, and well packaged. East to fit and work brilliantly all ready for the Autumn sun. Will definately be back for some Black Iridum Lenses for next summer.

I was looking to buy Oakley prescription sunglasses. Found ‘Balance Optics’ on Google. Put in my order on Wednesday afternoon and the sunglasses arrived at my house the following Wednesday morning. The process – you simply type in your prescription details online, enter your address and payment details and that’s it. The only thing about buying sunglasses online is that you’ve got to know what you want. However, Balance Optics will also send you frames to try if you pay a deposit.

I purchased prescription Oakley sunglasses via the website after having been sent two different pairs on the "try before you buy" scheme. Although you have to pay up front for the pairs you are trying the refund was back in my account as soon as I returned them and the prescription pair was here within days and they are perfect.

I was a real pain and asked lots of questions by email and phone (sorry Karen!) but each time the response was friendly and helpful.

I am now after some prescription swimming goggles and will be looking at Balance Optics to help me out!
