Dårlig kundebehandling
Har oplevet utrolig barnlig og misvisende kundebehandling herfra. Har forsøgt at bestille en varer fra deres tidligere shop, men uden succes. Blev henvist til en Facebookprofil, man skulle bestille fra, men der fik man intet svar, så det kunne jo heller ikke bruges til noget.
Kundebehandlingen virker ærligt en smule barnlig og uprofessionel. Når man spørger på deres Facebookside bliver ens opslag slettet, samtidig med at man bliver blokeret derfra.
Så for mig, er dette såkaldte fake 'Brand' ikke værd at spilde tid på.
Bruger i stedet nogle af de mere troværdige onlineshops.
