Wish i had read these reviews before placing my order. I don't have a lot of money to lose so im pretty upset. Ordered products last week and have heard nothing about them putting together my order or shipping. I'm really upset.

I ordered 4 LA Color nail polish from HB Beauty Bar. It shipped pretty quickly after ordering, however I’m in NY, and it shipped from California, so it did take about a week to arrive. I hadn’t ordered from this company before, so was a little unsure what to expect. When the package arrived, the nail polish were all individually wrapped in bubble wrap, and the order was wrapped in tissue paper with a thank you sticker holding the tissue paper together. I was pleasantly surprised. It made for a nice presentation, and a positive first experience. I am very surprised to see these negative reviews, as it wasn’t my experience at all.

I just received my order of $81.68 on July 12 and I had placed it July 5th. They sent me two items as a gift, a lip gloss and a Beauty Creations nice nude lipstick. I honestly don't get the bad reviews. I also contacted them first to see how quickly they ship an order and they responded right away.

I ordered a nail polish from the company and it went to the wrong address. It wasn't their fault that it went to the wrong address because I had changed my address in PayPal but for some reason it didn't register the address change. But I happen to know the two male tenants who still live in the building at the prior address and they both said no package arrived for me. So the problem is that when I let them know that the package was never received regardless of the wrong address they basically said oh well too bad can't help you. They were not willing to replace the product or refund me so their customer service is garbage. I will obviously never shop with them again and highly recommend you don't because if anything goes wrong you're stuck!!

I am trying to reach HB Beauty power company at their one 800 number. It went directly to a voicemail, but says it was full. I was trying to ask Customerservice a question because I was having trouble ordering a product. If their customer service is this bad, then I imagine the delivery, and Service is even worse!

I would give this company negative ten stars, if possible. I placed my order and never heard from them. I contacted Them 10 days later asking when this product would be shipped to me. That afternoon I received a response from them telling me that I would receive an email from them confirming shipment that very same afternoon. When I hadn’t heard from them by the next morning I contacted them I told them under no circumstances to ship the product out that I had already ordered it from another company and expected to have it within a few days. They did not respond to my email. I then began to get notifications of shipping of when I would be receiving my product etc. On Friday they said that it had been delivered to my home via UPS at 2:11 PM. I was outside right by my driveway raking on Friday and there was no UPS delivery. When I tried to contact them when I tapped on the contact through email link, it would not work! I did file a claim with UPS and I am waiting to hear back from them. I believe that they are a scam, and absolutely not legit! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS

This website is a scam. I ordered a 100ml eau de parfum from them through Walmart marketplace and they sent a 50ml eau de toilet which is much lower quality than eau de parfum. When I contacted them to tell them about the mix-up, they told me they were out of stock of the product I ordered and that is why they sent me the 50ml EDT instead. WHAT KIND OF CRAP COMPANY DOES THAT? I asked them to either refund me 50% of what I paid (even though that still didn't account for the fact I got an edt) or to send me another 50ml bottle of EDT or EDP. Whatever they had in stock. They replied many days later saying all of their perfume and EDT 's were out of stock and so they couldn't send me anything more. When I checked their website, all of the items they said were out of stock, including the one I had originally ordered were still showing as available on their website. So, either they were lying to me or they just never have the stock and don't care if people order the items anyways. Either way, this company is a total scam. I will be having to dispute the charge with my credit card company now since they never offered any just solution.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! Horrendous customer service, every email sent went unanswered. I still have not recieved an email to say whether my order has been dispatched. 3 weeks and no order don't waste your money.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I ordered 2 items on April 16th that, as of June 16th still haven't arrived. 3 emails to customer service went unresponded to. They finally acknowledged me on June 8th promising to have an answer for me within 24 hours as to the status of my order. 8 days later.....still no response. I question if this is even a legit business. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Order form another, credible company.

I bought groupon voucher for 3 treatments and I called them that I am running 10min later when I reached they informed me that we have to cancel my one treatment, the lady was very rude too will
Never go again and will not recommend as when I told my friend she said that they similar to her too bad customer service and rude staff !!

I specifically bought some makeup brushes from Beautybay as they offered free next day delivery and I needed them for my holiday which I was leaving for 3 days later.

They arrived a day after I left for my holiday so took 4 days to arrive.

Advertising next day delivery is dishonest as they clearly do not have a next day service in place but advertise this to get people to buy from them.

I ordered an item by mistake and realized it was the wrong product. I contacted immediately after I ordered to cancel. Never heard a word and the product arrived. (Several weeks later)

There are much better companies on line with better prices. I would never do business with this company again!

I subscribed to their Allure Sample Society box. They knowingly shipped it without the high-price item they guaranteed would be in the box, and rather than refund the whole price of the box, all they would do is give customers a $5 credit. They wouldn't even mail a different item to make up for the missing one.

These guys are the real deal! They listened to what I had to say, apologized for the Fed Ex delay in delivery and went ahead and offered me a partial refund to my credit card to compensate for my frustration. Fabulous service and excellent products!

I love beauty bar because they carry several hard-to-find products here. Shipping is also free over 25$. I used a coupon for first time customers so I got an extra discount. I would definitely buy from them again.
