They keep your money
On the Roskilde Festival we were obliged to use BigEwallet. We were told that we could transfer the remaining amount of money back to our bank account as soon as the festival was over. This is not the case. They keep the money in TWO systems. The one on the armwrist, and another account. And here comes the problem. You have to wait untill they find it convenient to transfer the money from your wristband to the account, before you can make any transfer. So no good reviews from here.

Hi Martin.
Our NFC wristbands and cash-registers is build to work even if there's no internet or power available for many hours.
Thats why we need a short period to sync and settle all terminals, wristbands etc. before we can unblock the accounts.
When an account is synced the balance is automatically moved to the online eWallet account, from where you are free to transfer anywhere.
We are overwhelmed with the amount of transactions that went through our platform over the last week, thats why it can be a bit longer before we unblock the accounts.
