Rubbish!
Order a number of items as an urgent order and paid for express delivery, only to be told the next day that one of the items was out of stock and would take a week to arrive. Expressed my disappointment but so far it's fallen on deaf ears!

Ordered late Saturday Night...
E-mail confirming order arrived telling me goods will arrive on Tuesday
No one home Tuesday AM so they left it with a neighbour who was.
Well packed, prompted, reasonable price and item exactly as described what more can you ask for!

good quality top P&P costs too much
Good quality top at a reasonable price but the postage and packaging costs were over the top. If I had not needed the top for work I would not have bought it. Sort out your P&P costs.

Absolutely fantastic, bent over backwards to help
What can I say? Dave did absolutely everything possible to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted - from the colour to the weight of the t-shirts, to making sure our (very awkward) logo came out clearly.
If you want great value, great customer service and a swift turnaround, don't hesitate in using Brand24. The Fundraising Team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability are extremely grateful for their wonderful new eventwear :-)
