I ordered 2 lamps from their Ebay shop & paid by Paypal, total £100. They emailed to say the colour I wanted (which was the one in the advert) was out of stock. I stupidly agreed to wait. Two months later, I asked for my money back & they ignored me. I took it up with Ebay, who told them they had to refund me. I'm still waiting, 6 months later. No-one responds to my emails. Very poor service.
I bought a designer lamp via ebay in June. Up to now, I did not receive the goods. However, delivery was planned for july.
I called more than five times and wrote several emails but i never got the right information. I hope I will see my Money back.

Bought an LED floodlight and was really pleased with my purchase. Good item, good price and delivery was fast. Unfortunately after 6 months or so, a couple of rows of the LED's failed. I have now sent 6 emails to brandedlighting4u, both directly and through ebay, and not a single reply!!!! Not impressed!
