I was specifically looking for bulk buy hand wash & came upon Brandrefill during my search. I bought several other items as well as the hand wash & I have to say I am delighted with everything I ordered. Very good products at excellent price. Service and delivery were excellent. My wife has been looking for Shiny Sinks Cream Cleaner for some time, all the major supermarkets have stopped selling this wonderful cleaning product. Found this company by chance with a google search and was a little hesitant in ordering as I have never heard of them. I need not have worried, the order was despatched quickly and the unit price was far cheaper than any other supplier.

I have just received my goods and everything was in perfect order and the packaging was really secure. I was able to get my purchases a lot cheaper than in the shops and also some that I have not seen in shops so its been a great help to me. omg, when I placed the order I was a little apprehensive, but my fears were groundless, the order was dispatched shortly after I placed the order and today it arrived , it was like christmas !!! everything was there and I was so pleased and delighted with the products. I would recommend the company highly.

They dispatched my order with an invoice of some other customer , unintentionally disclosing their: name, address, telephone number and email address.
When I rang, the only thing they could do about it is to apologies. I do not believe S….. the manager is aware of the gratitude of the issue. I informed the other customer and keep wondering who does have my personal details and how safe my card details are.
Perhaps I should report this to Information Commissioner’s Office so that they can fix their systems.
Mistakes happen, it’s how you deal with them makes up a good e-retailer. One star I am afraid.

Excellent customer service. excellent delivery service provided by yodel. you can actually track your delivery.Excellent prices.this is the first time I have order from Brand Refill.and their prices are excellent.will be going back for further orders.(does what is says on the tin)one moe thing. nor more lugging heavy shopping home with you delivered straight to your door,and if you order over £29.99 free delivery great.
