Placed my order for 2 Buff Multifunctional Tubular - 4 days later I got an email to advise one of my items had been cancelled. They still have not processed my refund and this was 10 days ago. It was paid via Paypal so it should be easy for them to refund but they keep telling me they have passed to their finance department. Dispute raised with Paypal for refund

I tried contacting the company which is in Poland I never received a response from them.
